Mr. Cohen is the founder and director of Merlin Technologies, an Internet services company operating in the field of search engines promotion and optimization.

He is the founder and director of Triad FleetControl, India's first automated fuelling solution provider. He is also the founder and chairman of Isralanka, a commerce company that initiates projects in Sri‑Lanka using technologies from Israeli companies.
